"Working with Larry and his team at Green Lake Painting was an excellent experience from start to finish. We obtained 4 quotes to paint our 3800
sq Ft hillside home on Queen Anne and included Green Lake in the process based on a very strong recommendation from another contractor who has done
work on our property. Larry, the owner, came on site to estimate the job and was very thorough in his walk through, asked great questions and was
clearly very knowledgeable. Green Lake's estimate was the least expensive by thousands, so we decided to work with them based on the lower price
and strong recommendation. So glad we did! The team was meticulous in preparing the house, started the job on time and completed the entire
exterior of the house and iron fence in 2.5 weeks. They were very neat, courteous and professional. Three different paint colors were used on our
house and the results were fabulous - very clean lines, no drips, and very consistent. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Greenlake

"This was an amazingly positive experience. We had our 1926 Dutch Colonial home's exterior painted with Larry at Greenlake Painting in the
spring of 2014. We got several recommendations from neighbors and Greenlake was one of the companies we included in our bid process. Of the
three formal quotes, Greenlake was the least expensive by about $2000. Normally I would be very hesitant and expect that there must be a reason
a company can undercut others by that much - but based on the references I spoke with in my neighborhood, I felt confident giving them a try.
The experience exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. The entire first week of the planned work was devoted to prepping the house and
I (who work from home) was able to observe this in detail. The team was very focused on the details, cleaned up each night before going home,
and worked solidly from 8am until 4 or 5pm based on the specific day. The second week was the actual painting and I had a similar experience.
The house has been complete now for a couple of months and we couldn't be happier. The only downside of selecting them is I now wonder what
else I'm overpaying for in my life."
